Customer centre opens
A key part of the BT Cables strategy for 2016/2017 is to engage with and create new business opportunities with its customers.
One thing that was missing was a place to invite customers along to, in order to showcase our capabilities and to illustrate the many good reasons to do business with BT Cables.
With this in mind, a plan was undertaken to regenerate a disused area of the administration building and create a space where we could invite new and existing customers to meet BT Cables in an environment with a fresh, vibrant new look, consistent with the BT group branding.
Working with BT Facility Services and an external marketing agency, the area has been brought back to life with a modern perspective on a traditional manufacturing business.
Excellent conferencing facilities are available, along with an 85" visual display unit and break-out areas with soft seating and kitchen facilities.
